A portion of Greenham’s Cape Grim supply chain is underpinned by GAP certification ‘Step 4: Pasture Centered’ in addition to the NEVER EVER Beef Program. Greenham currently only utilises GAP in its Tasmanian supply chain as Cape Grim is exclusively supplied by Tasmanian cattle. 

GAP certification unlocks access to more premium international markets, which require compliance with GAP’s 5-Step Animal Welfare Rating Program®.

GAP requires accredited producers to abide by defined chain of custody protocols to ensure that all GAP-certified meat products are labelled and segregated before reaching the retail shelf.
