Now exporting approximately 25,000 tonnes annually, the company processes mainly cast-for-age cows for the US hamburger market, drawing its stock from a supply catchment that extends from the Gouldburn Valley and Campaspe Region of Northern Victoria into the New South Wales Riverina district.
